The data controller is OCMIS IRRIGAZIONE S.p.A (hereinafter OCMIS). It carries out the processing of personal data in full compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. The data is entered in OCMIS's databases following the acquisition of the consent of the person concerned, except in the cases referred to in art. 24 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Personal data is collected for contractual, administrative-accounting, commercial, statistical purposes and for the establishment of normal business contacts. Their treatment takes place manually and computerized.
